Step 3: Candidate Presentation & Your Interviews

We present you with a shortlist of highly qualified candidates. You review their profiles and interview your top choices, just as you would for any domestic hire. This ensures they are the right technical and cultural fit for your company.

Step 4: The Offer & Onboarding

Once you’ve made your selection, we handle the rest. Javid extends a formal, competitive employment offer that is fully compliant with Mexican labor law. We become the official "Employer of Record," managing the employment contract, benefits, and all legal documentation.

Step 5: Integration & Ongoing Support
​Your new team member is officially onboarded and begins reporting directly to you and your management team. They are a part of your company. Meanwhile, Javid continues to work in the background, managing all payroll, taxes, and HR administration for the life of the employment.
