​1. How does Javid get paid?
We charge a simple, transparent service fee that is included in a monthly invoice. This fee covers all our recruitment, HR, payroll, and compliance management services, in addition to your new employees’ wages. There are no hidden costs

2. Who does the employee actually work for?
Legally, the employee works for Javid in Mexico. This protects you from all foreign employer liabilities. Operationally, they work for you. They report to your managers, participate in your meetings, and are a member of your team.

3. What about equipment, like computers and software?
Typically, the client company provides the necessary equipment (like a laptop) and software licenses needed for the role. We can assist with the logistics of getting the equipment to your new employee.

4. What is the English proficiency level of the candidates?
We screen all candidates for business-level English proficiency, both written and verbal. We ensure they can communicate effectively within a professional U.S. business environment.

5. How are payroll and payments handled?
Javid manages the entire payroll process in Mexico in Pesos, ensuring compliance with all local laws. You receive a single, simple monthly invoice from us in U.S. Dollars.

6. What if the new hire doesn't work out?
Just like with any hire, sometimes things don't work out. If you are not satisfied with your new employee, we will work with you to find a replacement candidate. We also manage the entire off-boarding process in a compliant manner.
